About Our Corpus Christi Life Insurance Agency

We help clients across the Coastal Bend sort out life insurance. Before we suggest any policy, we look carefully at the coverage you already have and what your family would need if you were gone. Then we tell you plainly what we found.

Why we start with a review, not a pitch

Many people come to us already holding something. A group policy through work. An old whole life plan a parent bought for them. A term policy signed years ago and never looked at again. Some have too little coverage. Some are paying for riders they forgot they had. A few are in good shape and just want someone to confirm it.

So our first conversation is about facts. We ask about your income, your debts, any mortgage, who depends on you and for how long. If you have existing policies, we go through them with you: the face amount, when a term ends, whether premiums can rise, and who is named as beneficiary. Out-of-date beneficiary lines are one of the most common things we find, especially after a marriage, a divorce or a new child.

Only after that do we talk about options. Sometimes the answer is term life for a set number of years. Sometimes it is whole life, universal life or a small final expense policy. And sometimes it is to keep what you have and update a name on a form. We explain our findings in plain words and let you decide at your own pace.

What working with us looks like

  1. 01

We read your existing coverage first

Keep any policy, benefits summary or yearly statement close by when we talk. We review it with you and explain what it pays for, what it misses and when it runs out.

  2. 02

Plain explanations of what we find

Riders, conversion deadlines and cash value get explained in everyday words. If a level premium lasts only for a certain period, you hear that from the start.

  3. 03

    We don't upsell you

When you only need a little coverage, we say so. What we suggest should suit your budget now and in the years ahead.

  4. 04

Open about what sets the price

Your age, health, tobacco use, the amount of coverage and the length of the term all affect the premium. Before you apply, we explain how each one affects your quote and whether you will probably need a medical exam.

Where our clients live and work

Our clients come from all over Corpus Christi, as well as Portland, Ingleside, Aransas Pass, Port Aransas, Rockport, Taft and Sinton. The first conversation usually happens by phone. If a follow-up helps, we can set one for a time that suits your week, and we can meet at your workplace when that is simpler for you.

Few people arrive with just one question. Covering a loan balance while the kids are young, setting money aside for funeral costs, building cash value over a lifetime, or turning savings into steady income once work ends: a single review can take on all of it, so you are not sent from one office to the next.
